Julia is an expert optometrist. After a comprehensive eye test it was obvious she is very experienced, knowledgeable and investigates all the nuances to create the optimal result for a set of specs. Julia was able to exactingly create set of specs, specifically for long hours of computer screen use and even harmonised the lenses to a preferred screen distance. The staff were very helpful, gave good advice and encouraged use of any possible rebates. Turnaround time for completion and pick-up were much earlier than expected. Highly recommended.
My wife went to Miss Specs appeal for some new everyday glasses. We were greeted with very pleasant customer service and helpful support when choosing glasses. Sunglasses and spectacles I can get at any store at any time and anywhere, however over the years the only place I always come back to is this one, purely for the outstanding service I receive from the staff. I booked in this morning online for an eye test and got an appointment within the same day. I got there a tad bit early but they were able to accommodate me straight away with no wait. The optometrist and the staff were both very attentive and friendly. The eye test room was very clean and modern, the optometrist also told me it was sanitised before, so I felt confident and safe. Miss specs also has a wide range of designs to choose from, covering all budgets from affordable to luxury items. Conveniently located and ample parking from the centre. Good and smooth experience overall!
